Saturday we made blue cheese burgers and french fries, the little one had chicken nuggets. It was Fried food mayhem! Sunday we had Fried chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and green beans, a little healthier.
I have planned this week out as follows;
Monday- Mandarin pork stir fry
Tuesday- Ground beef Tacos
Wednesday- Olive garden gnocchi soup
Thursday- Carribean style broiled fish
Friday- Pork Schnitzel
I’ve been trying to make schnitzel for a couple weeks now and I’m just intimidated. I am pretty excited about the Caribbean style boiled fish because I think the flavors are going to be great. Monday through Wednesday are my easy days. I don’t have to think about it.
